A warm space for the woman carrying a lot ---and rarely getting to put it down.
You don't have to perform here. Take a breath. You are already enough.
You don't have to perform here. Take a breath. You are already enough.
You’re not here by accident.
Something in you has been asking for room.
Room to think.
Room to breathe.
Room to exist without being needed for a moment.
ISRWG exists to offer that space.
You don’t have to figure everything out today.
Right this way.
This is a place created for the woman who shows up every day — often shouldering more than anyone sees.
There’s no pressure here. No perfection required.
Just room to pause, exhale, and reconnect with yourself —
You don’t have to do anything right now.
You’re welcome to simply be here.
When everything feels loud you're allowed to stop.
Pause is a place to set something down.
A collection of permission slips for moments when you forget you're allowed to be yourself.
Conversations you can return to when you need space to think, feel, and remember yourself.
I’m Shavonne — a woman, wife, mother, educator, and creative, allowing herself to be in a season of rediscovery.
ISRWG grew from lived experience — from holding many roles, carrying unspoken weight, and realizing how easy it is for women to lose themselves while caring for everyone else.
This space isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about making room to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who you are — honestly and on your own terms.
I believe in growth that unfolds over time, stories that deserve to be told, and the steady strength that comes from remembering yourself along the way.
You're allowed to take up space in your life.
